I mainly wanted to play media in Android with dlna or something like that, and be able to remote control the server playlist within the movil. Some of the Kodi web interfaces allow you to make playlists and play them either on the server or the client. Usually it is very easy to make play lists on network drives that act as drives and not as multimedia servers like DLNA. Also there was some weird problem with DNS, so that some internet providers would DNS the airplay requests to the internet and it would fail, but if you used an alternative DNS server, then it would magiaclly work. It is really hard to get airplay to work for various reasons, one is that Apple some how changed the protocol along the years and there is a "old version" and a "new version" and they somehow are different and there even used to be distinct packages for playing to them in linux repos, although I haven't followed the scene in years so it might have changed.

Not entirely sure what you want to do because these things can be used to control and play music on different devices. With this Solution you can manage in remote MPD, and play any station, local file you've stored in library-MPD with Wuffy Player (Android) This solution works great, I took me long to find an Android player that played well MPD(http output), VLC (Android) for any reason doesn work with mpd-http. (I would like to be able to send a whole playlist in mode airplay to movil )Ĥ- Wuffy Player (Android) + MPD Remote(Android) + MPD (http linux output) This solution works very well, but I can't keep a playlist playing on in the movil ,neither blind remote control of kodi when kodi linux play first track, on next one, airplay stops, and you have to go to PC in order to manually again send next track to movil. I tried to send music from mpd to Kodi or BubbleUPnP by using pulseaudio-dnla and pulseaudio, and they both stopped playing. Listen Music with VLC or BubbleUPnP in movil This solution works well, but server side, works as a store disk, not like a server music.Ģ- Kodi (Android)/ BubbleUPnP + pulseaudio-dlna(linux) 1- VLC/Kodi (Android) + dlna Kodi or minidlna server(linux)
